You can check your order status at any time via your customer account.
If you don’t have a customer account, proceed as follows:
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Click on the button “View order.”
- An overview with the current processing status of each item will open.
Did that not work, or has the status not changed for more than 5 days?
Then click on the “Chat” or “Contact form” button at the bottom of this page to contact us personally.
