Return Period

You can return your order within fourteen (14) days.

Return shipping is free of charge and handled as follows:

• Bicycles / E-Bikes / Cargo Bikes: Returned via freight carrier (spedition)
• Trailers, Children’s Bikes & Accessories: Returned via DHL

Please note: In the event of a return, we reserve the right to charge for signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.
