Bicycles / E-Bikes:
Must be returned in an appropriate bicycle shipping box.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging for this purpose.

Parts / Accessories:
Must be unused and in their original packaging.

Children’s Bikes and Trailers:
In the event of a return, the package must be taken to the nearest DHL branch.
If you would like a home pickup, you can arrange this directly with DHL at your own expense.
Please contact us in any case so we can provide you with a return label and the correct return address.

Did you have your bicycle / e-bike delivered to a store?
Then you can revoke your purchase directly at the store.
Within the cancellation period, you may also return the bicycle there without packaging.
